• Additional Documents: jes188 reserves the right to request supplementary documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, where deemed necessary.

KYC documents must be submitted through the secure document upload facility within your jes188 account. Documents submitted via email or third-party channels will not be accepted. jes188 will process KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days.
